A SHORT-term holiday let flat has been approved for vacant council office space in a Gourock listed building.
An application to convert the first floor accommodation at 5 Kempock Place has been given the go-ahead by Inverclyde planners.
There will be a two-bedroom flat, plus flexible office space on the ground floor, under the proposal by Spring Grove Property Ltd.
The premises are part of the same building that housed Gourock police station which was converted into a workspace hub.
