ANOTHER temporary mini-roundabout is to be installed in Greenock as for a diversion route that will operate during the upcoming Central Greenock roadworks

Inverclyde Council say the work is required at the junction of Regent Street, Roxburgh Street and Sir Michael Street.
At present, traffic on Sir Michael Street gives way to both Regent Street and Roxburgh Street. Following these changes, the junction will operate as a standard roundabout, with all approaches required to give way to traffic coming from the right.
The works are scheduled to start on 13 July and are expected to last approximately one week, with three-way temporary traffic lights in place.
The Central Greenock project includes removing the Bullring Roundabout.
Two other mini roundabouts were created earlier this year at the Dalrymple Street and Container Way junctions with Laird Street.
