GOUROCK’S historic former police station has been restored and turned into a workspace hub.
Eight office suites are available to rent at the premises on Kempock Place.
The development has been named Copper Hub Business Centre, a neat play on words referencing both its former use and Gourock’s copper mine heritage.

Spaces at the hub are available through local agent Bowman Rebecchi and range from 87 to 215 square feet, suited to small businesses, creative enterprises and professional services.
The original custody cells have been reconfigured to provide practical, modern working environments while retaining references to the building’s past.
Rooms on the ground floor have also been carefully upgraded to create further office accommodation.
Tenants will have access to a range of shared facilities, including secure door entry, communal kitchen areas, toilet facilities and a private rear garden.
There is also car parking provision, including electric vehicle charging facilities.
