VOLUNTEERS from across Greenock and District Scouts gathered to honour outgoing district commissioner Martin Buchan’s outstanding service.
The district thanked him for his commitment, leadership and dedication to Scouting, which had made a lasting difference to so many young people and volunteers across the District.
Martin Buchan has held the post for five-and-a-half years.
Mark Gallacher and Kyle Wilson are now jointly taking on the role.
