PROPERTY agents Bowman Rebecchi have confirm that a new tenancy has been agreed for a large section of a major Inverclyde warehouse site.
The building beside the A8 on the Greenock and Port Glasgow boundary at Bogston was formerly the Berry BPI manufacturing facility, which became part of Inverclyde businessmen Sandy and James Easdale’s property empire in October 2024.
The newly agreed tenancy relates to approximately 31,500 sq ft. A further 90,000 sq ft of office and warehouse accommodation remains available.
