THE new Argos store in Greenock’s Oak Mall looks set to be in the high-profile former WHSmith unit.
Signage for the shop has been put up although it’s not known when it will open.
Argos ceased trading from the Greenock shopping centre in September 2024 as its outlet was in part of the mall which is being demolished as part of major redevelopment plans, although a collection point for items purchased online was set up.
It was later confirmed that Argos would have a shop elsewhere in the Oak Mall, opening this year.
