A GOUROCK bar/restaurant is trying again to get permission for outdoor tables.
Cafe Continental on Kempock Street has submitted an application to Inverclyde Council for an external seating area on the pavement at the front of the premises.
A drawing included with the proposal shows that, if approved, there would be five tables, each with two seats.
A previous application in 2017 was refused by planning officials after council roads staff stated that there would be “danger to the public” because the path is too narrow.
