MORTON Give Update On Departing PlayersMORTON have confirmed the departure of four more players from Cappielow.
Shaun Rodgers, Justin Johnson, Rabin Omar and James Wallace will all be leaving when their contracts expire next week.
In a statement on the club website, Morton said: “We would like to thank each of them for their time and efforts whilst playing in a Morton jersey and wish them all the best for the future.
“The club are currently in discussions with the remaining squad members and will provide a further update where possible.”
Morton had previously confirmed that midfielder Kyle Jacobs and defender Brian McLean had extended their contracts.
Cameron Salkeld, Markus Fjørtoft and Sean McGinty have all joined Ayr United and Morton have also stated that Aidan Nesbitt will be leaving the club.
