Stepwell supports people across Inverclyde who are unemployed and facing barriers to work because of health, wellbeing, or disability challenges. Through coaching, wellbeing support, training, and work experience opportunities, Stepwell helps people take positive steps towards a brighter future.

Stepwell’s Employment Support programme includes:
— Personal development and confidence building
— One-to-one coaching support
— Health and wellbeing support, including physiotherapy
— Accredited vocational training (REHIS and more)
— Work placements in real business settings
— Tailored job search and employment support

You may be eligible if you:
Live in Inverclyde
Are unemployed and would like support towards work
Have a health condition, wellbeing challenge, or disability affecting employment
Are aged 18 to 60
