
INVERCLYDE Chamber of Commerce has officially launched its 2026 ICON Awards.
Entrepreneurs, sponsors, and chamber members gathered at an event in Gourock Golf Club for a preview of what to expect from this year’s recognition of local business excellence.

Lizzy Todd, president of Inverclyde Chamber of Commerce, said: “We are very pleased to officially launch the 2026 ICON Awards and recognise the hard work of our local business community.
“This year features 11 distinct categories, including the Rising Star Award to highlight the outstanding potential of our young people in Inverclyde.

“Entries are welcome from any Inverclyde-based business or organisation or Inverclyde Chamber of Commerce member. We look forward to seeing the submissions.
“We would like to thank Diodes as our first confirmed headline sponsor for 2026, alongside our category sponsors confirmed so far, Business Gateway, Clyde Eats, Global Port Holdings and James Walker Devol, for their support.
