Café Balfe in West Blackhall Street ceased trading a few weeks ago after around 20 years in business.

Bowman Rebecchi state: “The scale and configuration of the premises provide considerable flexibility for an incoming occupier and would suit a range of potential uses within the hospitality and leisure sectors, including restaurant, café, bar, dessert parlour, private dining or function space, subject to the appropriate consents.
“The property represents an excellent opportunity for an established operator or new business to take advantage of a substantial, prominently positioned hospitality premises with an extensive existing fit-out and infrastructure and includes roller shutters for additional security.”
