INVERCLYDE Christian Initiative is hosting two special Praise in the Park events.
They will take place at the boathouse in Battery Park, Greenock, on Sundays 19 July and 9 August, from 3pm to 4pm.
A praise band will lead some singing and there will be a short local life story, plus puppets to sing along with.
Chris Jewell for the Initiative said: “This is a new venture for us and everyone is invited. Being an outdoor event, we are praying for good weather and please bring a folding chair with you if you will be in need of a seat.”
A similar event — Prayer in the Square — is taking place on Saturday 25 July at 11am in Kilmacolm at the Cross, at which the puppets will also appear.
