NEW designs have been drawn up for development of a detached house overlooking the Clyde at Gourock.
The two-storey, three bedroom property, with balcony, is proposed for a sloping, undeveloped plot at 1 Turnberry Avenue.
Permission was previously given twice before for a houses at the site but revised plans have again been submitted to Inverclyde Council for approval.
