A PUBLIC consultation event for the Mariners’ Home major development proposals takes place later this month.
Plans for the A-listed building in Greenock’s West End have been drawn up for developer Bridgend Property Limited by Nicholson McShane Architects (NMA).
The property, which has lain vacant since March 2021, would be converted into flats, preserving key architectural features, and flanking the historic structure would be new residential buildings.
The drop-in consultation event will take place on Wednesday 28 October from 4.30 till 8.00pm at Lyle Kirk, Union Street, Greenock.
