MOTORISTS are being warned of disruption on the A78 at Wemyss Bay and Skelmorlie.
Contractor Amey, on behalf of Transport Scotland, is undertaking drainage surveys at Greenock Road, Wemyss Bay from Monday 14 September until Monday 21 September between 8pm and 7am each weekday. No work will take place on Saturday or Sunday nights.
Meanwhile essential barrier and drainage improvements will take place on the A78 in Skelmorlie from Monday 21 September until Thursday 24 September, also between 8pm and 7am each night.
All the work will be carried out under overnight single lane closures managed by temporary traffic lights.
