
A SHORT-term holiday let flat is being proposed for vacant council office space in a Gourock listed building.
An application to convert the first floor accommodation at 5 Kempock Place has been submitted to Inverclyde planners.
There would be a two-bedroom flat, plus flexible office space on the ground floor.
The proposal by Spring Grove Property Ltd is pending consideration by officials.
The premises are part of the same building that housedGourock police station which was converted into a workspace hub.
