THERE’S fun for all the family at Royal Gourock Yacht Club’s raft race event on Saturday (9 August).
Splashdown is at 3pm, but there are also land-based attractions at the Ashton Road clubhouse including a barbecue on the balcony, music by Brass Sounds Inverclyde and The Urban Folkers, face-painting and stand from lifeboat charity RNLI.
The bar opens from 12.30 and the barbecue is from 1.30pm.
The yacht club thanks local companies who have been really supportive: Hugh Pyper, Domino’s, Ross and Fullerton and Carpetrite.
