MORTON lost to Stenhousemuir in their first away game of the new Championship season.
The Greenock side were defeated 2:0, the goals coming in the 57th minute and in stoppage time at the end of the match.
Morton lost their opening game last weekend against Partick at Cappielow, and have yet to score.
