GREENOCK’S main college campus is to be shut for at least the next two days because of heating problems.
West College announced this afternoon that the Finnart Street complex will be closed on Thursday and Friday (15/16 January).
The college stated: “Due to ongoing issues with the building’s heating systems, we have taken the difficult decision to shut the campus.
“We are very sorry for the inconvenience this may cause. Where possible classes will shift to the Waterfront campus, or learning will move online.
“We are currently working with our heating contractors to find an urgent solution to the problem.”
