INVERCLYDE Council’s ranger service is looking for volunteers to help with the Great British beach clean at Lunderston Bay.
The event at the Cloch Road beauty spot between Gourock and Inverkip is on Saturday 19 September between 11am and noon.
All equipment will be provided to remove and record litter from the beach. Under-16s must be accompanied by an adult.
The clean-ups have been taking place for more than 20 years and information about what is collected is passed to the Marine Conservation Society for their campaigns.
