PLANS have been drawn up to convert office space in Greenock town centre into a shop, a flat and three short-term let units.
The proposals involved premises at 30B Nicolson Street.
The flat would be on the first floor with a retail unit on the ground floor and the short-term let units at the rear.
The change-of-use application is pending assessment by Inverclyde Council planners.
