MORTON’S League Cup woes continued tonight as the Greenock side lost to League One side East Fife.
The match ended 2:0, with Morton conceding both goals within two minutes, about two thirds of the way into the first half.
The defeat follows the 1:0 loss at the weekend to non-league side Linlithgow Rose in Morton’s first group stage games of the tournament.
