PERMISSION has been given to develop the final plot at Gallagher Retail Park in Port Glasgow.
A planning application seeking approval for a shop on land at Ardgowan Street, next to the unit occupied by Direct Flooring, has been approved by Inverclyde Council planners.
Rebecchi Architectural Services stated at the time of the application: “It will be a small retail unit to complete the development.
“If the proposal receives planning consent then it will be marketed for rent through Bowman Rebecchi [Commercial Property Services] whilst it is being constructed.”
