FIRE At Former Wemyss Bay Hotel
FIRE crews were called to tackle a blaze at the former Wemyss Bay Hotel.
A resident alerted emergency services after seeing smoke coming from the premises just after 3.30pm on Saturday.
The incident is being treated as wilful — anyone who saw suspicious activity is urged to contact police on 101.
The building in Greenock Road is due to be demolished to make way for a new Co-op store.
