A VACANT pub and function hall in central Greenock town centre is to be auctioned.
The former Chaplins bar and Victorian Suite in Inverkip Street is set to go under the hammer at Shepherd Property Auctions on Thursday 22 October at 2.30pm with a guide price of £180,000.
Calvin Molinari, associate at Shepherd, said: “The subjects offer the opportunity to acquire an asset with a huge amount of potential that could suit continuation of the existing use or redevelopment subject to obtaining the appropriate consent.”
