
PLANS for 64 flats and houses on the former Greenock Health Centre site have been submitted to Inverclyde Council for approval.


Sanctuary Scotland is proposing the affordable housing development on Duncan Street at Roxburgh Street.
There will be six blocks –- two four-storey buildings containing a total of 44 flats, facing Roxburgh Street, and four two-storey terraced blocks of 20 houses to the interior of site backing on to both Duncan Street and Holmscroft Avenue.
Accommodation will comprise one, two, three and four-bedroom dwellings.
