PLANNERS are being asked to agree that one of three new shop units in Greenock’s East End can be used as a cafe.
The new proposal for the properties on Kilmacolm Road is for one unit to be a shop, one be a hot food takeaway and one be a cafe.
The change-of-use application is pending consideration by Inverclyde Council officials.
