WOMAN Who Missed Ferry Allegedly Assaulted Police OfficerA 25-YEAR-old woman was arrested for alleged abusive behaviour and police assault in Gourock.
Officers had initially been called to Tarbet Street at 2.30am on Sunday to assist the woman as she had missed her ferry.
However she allegedly became increasingly aggressive towards officers and is said to have kicked one of them on his back.
She is being reported to prosecutors.
