INVERCLYDE Council has applied for planning permission to make changes at its recycling depot in Gourock.
Proposals for the Kirn Drive site include providing a single storey modular building to accommodate office and staff facilities following demolition of the existing depot building.
The site will be resurfaced and there will be a new one-way route through the site.
There will also be a new boundary fence and gates, floodlights and CCTV.
The proposals — drawn up after relocation to Craigmuschat Quarry was abandoned on cost grounds — are pending assessment by planners.
