POLICE have appealed for witnesses after a golf course was damaged by a vehicle.
The incident at Whinhill Golf Course in Greenock is believed to have occurred overnight from Thursday into Friday.
The damage to greens and fairways was discovered on Friday morning.
Anyone with information that would assist police is asked to call 101 quoting incident 0626 of 8 April.
