HOUSING association River Clyde Homes is launching its Retirement Housing initiative on Thursday (21 September).
Retirement Housing will aim to provide an enhanced housing management service to older people who require assistance to live independently, enabling elderly residents to feel safer and more secure within their home.
The first retirement properties are in Broomhill Court in Ann Street, Greenock.
The launch event is at flat 126 (12th floor) and people are invited to visit the property to see for themselves the quality of the refurbishment between noon and 6pm.
Services on offer will include a facilities manager on site, increased CCTV, call-points on landings, guestroom facilities and a garden with seating areas.
