SHEARWATER Marine Services Ltd, based in Sandbank, Dunoon, are looking for a Financial Operations Executive to join their team.
Overview of Responsibilities
• Reconciliation and review of all daily finance activities
• Provide forecast and management reports
• Support the management of all databases and finance systems in line with audit and financial requirements
• Payroll processing
• Process supplier/sub-contractor invoices
• Process customer invoicing, payments and statements
• Reconciliation of bank and credit card statements
• VAT, CIS, PAYE and Corporation Tax returns
Requirements
• Knowledge of Sage and CIS packages preferable but not essential
• Sound knowledge of all relevant Microsoft packages
• Experience working within a fast paced finance department
• Overtime may be required
• Full UK driver’s licence
This will be a full-time, permanent position — salary dependent on experience, with training opportunities (approx. £25-£30k per year).
