CROSSREACH have a vacancy for a full-time Support Practitioner at their Carraig View children’s care home, Old Greenock Road in Port Glasgow.
Carraig View has accommodation for four children and young people in a homely and therapeutic environment where they can feel safe, nurtured and cared for, and can grow and thrive.
Support Practitioners play a vital role in assessing children’s needs and supporting the Lead Practitioners in implementing positive and robust care plans.
As part of a close-knit team, they take a ‘whole-child’ approach – focusing on everything from completing everyday tasks to improving relationships.
