Inverclyde Now Logo RADIO Play Version Of Frankenstein Being Staged At Beacon

4 October, 2019 | Local

NO Nonsense Productions are performing ‘Frankenstein: A Radio Play on Stage’ at the Beacon Arts Centre, Greenock.

The audience will watch as three plucky 1940s radio actors tackle Mary Shelley’s classic.

The chaotic comedy is presented as a radio play on stage, featuring live sound effects and period music, a format No Nonsense have enjoyed great success with for their annual It’s a Wonderful Life shows.

No Nonsense are fresh from their sell-out Edinburgh Fringe triumph Para Handy.

‘Frankenstein: A Radio Play on Stage’ is on Friday 25 October at 8pm in the Beacon’s Studio Theatre. Tickets are £12 available from the box office on 01475 723723.
