Officers received a report of a grey Ford Ka vehicle being driven by an intoxicated male around 5:15pm yesterday (Wednesday).

“A large area search was conducted however the suspect had since fled. Police are following a positive line of enquiry.”

Police recovered the vehicle at Auchenfoil Road, Kilmacolm, and enquiries continue to identify and trace the suspect.

Witnesses are urged to call police on 101 quoting incident 2916 of 20 May.
