OFFICE use is being proposed for two vacant retail units in Greenock town centre.
Applications have been submitted to Inverclyde Council regarding 126 Cathcart Street — the former Chateaux De Chez children’s clothing store — and 36B Nicolson Street, last used as an ice cream parlour.
Both proposals have been made by Rhiannon Properties and are pending consideration by planners.
