A LOCAL pub has applied to use land beside its premises as an outdoor seating area.
Cleats Bar on Kempock Street, Gourock, wants to have tables and chairs on an area at the east side of the building.
There would be 12 tables, six with four seats each and six with two seats.
Raised decking would be constructed over an area that’s currently soft landscaping as part of the plan which is being assessed by Inverclyde planners.
