PLANS to convert office space in Greenock town centre into a shop, a flat and three short-term let units have been approved.
The proposals for 30B Nicolson Street have been approved by Inverclyde Council planners.
The flat, with four bedrooms, will be on the first floor with a retail unit on the ground floor and the one-bedroom short-term let units at the rear.
