INVERCLYDE Chamber of Commerce has appointed a new member and business development executive.
Caroline Wengel brings a wealth of local insight combined with extensive commercial and sector experience.
She began her career with Compaq before going on to establish and run the Houston Brewing Company.
Caroline has also held a role with Scotland Food & Drink, where she supported sector-wide growth, collaboration and business development initiatives.
Her commitment to the local community is further demonstrated through her work with Your Voice, alongside providing human resources (HR) support within the care sector.
In her role with the chamber, Caroline will focus on helping members maximise the value of their membership by facilitating networking opportunities, promoting business visibility, and connecting organisations to the support they need to grow and thrive.
She will working with the chamber on a part-time basis, alongside her independent HR consultancy.
