MAN Hit By Car In Greenock Dies
A MAN struck by a car in Greenock town centre last week has died, police said today.
Alan Gordon (54) of Greenock was hit by the vehicle in Container Way on Friday afternoon.
He suffered serious head injuries and died in hospital in Glasgow today (Tuesday).
The car driver, a 55-year-old woman, was uninjured but left badly shaken.
Police enquiries continue into the circumstances of the incident and officers are appealing for any information to contact them via 101 quoting incident number 2545 of 15 December 2017.
