LEVEL Two Protection Allows Waterfront Cinema To Reopen This Weekend

GREENOCK’S Waterfront Cinema is reopening on Saturday (12 December) after it was confirmed Inverclyde would be switched to the less restrictive level two pandemic protection tier.

Operators West Coast Cinemas stated: “We would like to take this time to remind people that cinemas have one of the safest operating environments in the country.

“There is two-metre-plus social distancing in all areas of the building, enhanced cleaning measures and customers all sitting down in selected seats and facing in the same direction.

“There have been no cases of covid traced to any cinema in the UK. That is down to the hard work of everyone involved in the industry.”
