SIGNS are being installed on the A78 in Greenock next month for the introduction of 20mph limits.
Contractor Amey, on behalf of Transport Scotland, is undertaking the work from Monday 16 March to Friday 20 March, between 8am and 6pm.
There will be single lane closures managed by temporary traffic lights.
Transport Scotland state: “This initiative supports the Scottish Government’s commitment to improving road safety and reducing casualties by introducing 20 mph limits on appropriate roads across Scotland by March.
