GREENOCK And District Scouting Volunteers Earn Recognition

SCOUTING in Inverclyde is celebrating after more than 30 of its volunteers received awards.

The organisation’s West Region announced recognition received by a number of those involved locally.

It stated: “A special mention for Greenock and District who recorded an incredible 35 awards.

“Well done to all the recipients and thank you for all you do for Scouting across the region in these difficult times.”

The Silver Acorn was awarded to Andrew Yarr.
