INVERCLYDE’S top music event Terraza Del Clyde presented by Bowman Rebecchi is underway showcasing local performers at a new venue.
Greenock Wanderers Rugby Club at Fort Matilda stepped in and hosted the music and dance event in its fourth year. The event is bigger and better this year being split over two days and is produced by local DJ Bruce Glenny and Summers Friends Productions.

Glasgow DJ Dan South started Day One of the event on Friday (30 May), followed by young Scottish indie band Strange Dimensions. Local singer Mick McLennan took to the stage in the glorious sunshine and wowed the crowd as he did last year with an hour-long acoustic set.

Local band The Laurettes played a well-received set including their single ‘Meet Me At The Main Stage’ which was recently remixed by Bruce Glenny. Headliners SLIX, from Gourock who won Best Live Act Award at the 2024 Scottish Alternative Music Awards, closed a highly successful Day One. Slix opened their set with Sick which was also remixed by Bruce Glenny
Day Two of Terraza Del Clyde starts at 1pm on Saturday (31 May). Tickets are available online.
The popular event is a showcase for local businesses and sponsors Bowman Rebecchi, Clyde Eats, Inver Heat, Barber & Groom and Salon & Groom.

Bruce Glenny said: “Day One was a great success and set the right note for the weekend. Thanks to the talented artists and staff who took part. I also need to thank the very enthusiastic crowd. Day Two will bring further local talent but also international DJ’s to Inverclyde for the first time.”
Greenock Wanderers’ president Alan Crighton said: “It’s really positive to see the club working with great partners such as Bruce and Summer Friends Productions to bring this event together. Thanks also goes to all individuals involved from artists through to sponsors as this will generate substantial funds for the club.”
