Inverclyde Now Logo ARREST After Petrol Bombs Allegedly Thrown At West End Building

DETECTIVES have arrested a man after two petrol bombs were allegedly thrown at a property in Greenock early today.

Police were called to a residential building Union Street around 4am (Monday).

The objects hit windows and landed on the ground. No one was injured.

Police detained a 26-year-old man in connection with the incident.
