AN application to build a residential development in the West End of Greenock has been withdrawn.
A three-storey building containing seven flats was proposed for Fox Street, across from Greenock Cricket Club’s ground.
The application was made in March 2021 but has been withdrawn by the applicant before a decision by planners.
No reason is given on Inverclyde Council’s planning portal. There had been around 25 public objections.
It’s not clear if a revised proposal will be submitted.
