AN area of Greenock is to remain sealed off for a second day as police continue their investigation into a man’s death.
Emergency services were called to Drumfrochar Road on Sunday around 7.20pm.
A 35-year-old man was found with serious injuries. He died in hospital a few hours later.

A large area has cordoned off, leading to the closure of several roads — including a busy main route — and a school.
Inverclyde Council advised this evening that the police restriction zone would remain in place on Tuesday.
This will mean St Patrick’s Primary School will again be unable to open, with pupils to be taught at the Notre Dame High and Whinhill Primary campuses instead.
A Police Scotland spokesman said: “A 35-year-old man was found with serious injuries in Drumfrochar Road, Greenock.
“He was taken by ambulance to the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital in Glasgow where he died a few hours later.
“Enquiries are ongoing to establish the exact circumstances of the incident and a post mortem examination will take place in due course.
“Police are treating the death as unexplained meantime.”
