TAE Kwon-Do -- Inverclyde Students Train With 7th Degree Black Belt

TWELVE students from Inverclyde Cho's Tae Kwon-Do Scotland, along with instructors Master Charles and Gillian Boyle, travelled to Larkhall Leisure Centre to train with A.I.M.A.A. (Action International Martial Art Association) European director Master John Darcy, a 7th Degree Black belt.

More than 140 students took part with some traveling from Ireland and Yorkshire.

The seminar was over two-and-a-half hours and there were students from white belt to 6th Degree black belt taking part.

Master Darcy covered all aspects of Tae Kwon-Do along with a lot of core workouts, which he takes straight from his training with Grand Master Hee IL Cho.

Anyone interested in joining Master Boyle's family-run tae kwon-do school can have one free week's training any time.
