SHORT-Term Let Plan For West End Offices Withdrawn

16 November, 2023 | Local, Planning

PROPOSALS to convert office premises in Greenock into serviced accommodation have been withdrawn.

Borland Property submitted an application in June seeking permission to turn the first floor and attic at 20A Union Street into six units for short-term lets.

But the proposal has now been withdrawn by the applicant before a decision by Inverclyde planners.

No reason is given on the council’s planning portal.

The offices in the C-listed building were formerly occupied by legal firm Blair & Bryden.
