PLANNERS are being asked to agree proposals to convert office premises in Greenock into serviced accommodation.
Borland Property have applied to turn the first floor and attic at 20A Union Street into six units for short-term lets.
The offices in the C-listed building were formerly occupied by legal firm Blair & Bryden.
The application is pending consideration by Inverclyde Council officials.
